A full show today!

Dr. Bob McDavid will be in the studio today to discuss his campaign for Columbia Mayor and how he plans to lead the city if elected.

Also, we keep talking about the excessive federal spending in this recession…but should all federal spending be questioned? John Payne from the Show Me Institute says extending unemployment benefits as much as we have may not be a good thing for the economy in the long run or even for those who receive it.

He’ll be on the show around 4:30. Dr. McDavid will be in the studio at 5:00.

    Mike, I’m irritated. Today you had the Lt. Governor on your show to bring a conservative voice to the national healthcare debate. The problem is that the Lt. Governor is anything but a conservative. How much money did he con us, the tax payers into forking over for his bike race that hardly anyone cares about? He’s constantly griping about cuts being made to state government, particularly entitlement plans. There’s nothing free market about that. The biggest offense to me as a conservative is hypocrisy, claiming to be a TEA Partier, but endorsing big spenders like Roy Blunt for Senate (responsible for massive deficits under a Republican legislature and president) and Thomas Schweich for Auditor, who donated money to McCaskill. Lets face it, Kinder is nothing but a closet liberal, and unfortunately no one has the testicular fortitude to call him on it. Sen. Purgason and Rep. Icet are far more conservative candidates than the jokers that Kinder is supporting.

    :) Are you interviewing Dr. Bob again today? Just the dirty little campaigner in me seeing his picture up all this week wondered if he had purchased the spot lol. Anyway had to turn off did Jerry finally show up for the show? Hope you are having a good day.
