Accidental Drowning Caused Alioto’s Death
Accidental drowning is now the official cause of death of a former Rock Bridge soccer player who was found dead in a college pool in Michigan.
Arianna Alioto, 18, of Columbia was found after her team’s workout at Northern Michigan University on November 30th. The school released the final autopsy results Friday.
Officials say there was no indication of foul play, and nobody saw anyone in distress during or at the end of the soccer team’s practice. A lifeguard was on duty, but left when the workout ended.
