The town of Auxvasse said late Wednesday they only had two days worth of water left. It’s due to a pump failure at a water tower there. The pump failed around 2:00pm Wednesday. Town officials are urging residents to conserve as much water as they can, by not watering lawns or washing cars and keeping showers short.
Town officials are saying they are trying to get the pump fixed as fast as possible.
