Boone County authorities bust up a meth lab on South Ponderosa St., and arrest two people. Deputies got a warrant for the lot on Blue Acres Trailer Park, and found an active meth lab and some meth already made. Rusty Modglin, 40, and Jamie Davis, 28, both of Columbia, were arrested.
