Boone County Deputies got more than they bargained for. They were looking for a Columbia man for an outstanding warrant for unlawful use of a weapon, and when they found him, they also arrested him for drug possession. 30-year-old Matthew Hall was spotted getting into a car on I-70 Drive southwest. When they tried to stop him, he ran off and threw away a bag of crack cocaine. He now faces charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, and resisting arrest
