Charges may be filed against the Illinois man who was driving a vehicle that ran into the back of an Amish buggy on Highway 63 two weeks ago.  34 year old Jeffrey Fleming of Staunton, Illinois was driving south of Moberly when his car ran into the back of a buggy driven by 29 year old Eli Borntrager who was killed in the Jan. 12^th Randolph County crash.  Moberly Police and the Randolph County prosecutor are working on whether to file charges.   Moberly Police want to see Fleming’s cell phone records so they can determine whether he was texting or talking on his cell phone. Borntrager is survived by his wife and 5 children.
