The first walk-in clinic for H1N1 vaccinations will be offered Wednesday at the Columbia Boone County Health Department.Public information officer Geni Alexander says this clinic is for children 6 months to 4 years whose parents want them to receive the injectable vaccine or flumist. The supply is limited. For that reason, Alexander says the children’s walk-in clinic is for those families whose pediatrician won’t give the shots or for those families who can’t get in to see their doctor.
