We’re still waiting on the names of the suspect and victim in a murder at the Columbia VA hospital on Friday. We have learned the victim was a 77-year-old man. The suspect is a 33-year-old man. They were both patients at the hospital. The suspect is in custody, and apparently didn’t use a weapon during the fight. We could learn the names of the people involved as early as today.
We’re hoping to get more details later today about a murder at the Columbia VA hospital. All authorities are saying so far is that both the suspect and the victim in the death Friday night were patients at the hospital, and that the suspect is in custody.
