An autopsy will take place this afternoon on a dead body found over the weekend in Maries County. Sheriff’s deputies found the man’s remains by a wooded area near Highway 28 and Route “E”. It appears he had been there for several days. No word yet on the cause of death, but we should at least find out his name after this afternoon’s autopsy.
