Police in Columbia are looking for a suspect wanted in connection with a credit union robbery Monday afternoon.
It happened around 1:14pm at the Columbia Employee Credit Union at 310 East Walnut Street.
Police tell The Eagle that the suspect entered the credit union and showed the teller a note demanding money.
He then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was hurt in the robbery.
Police are searching for a a black male, 6’0, 150 lbs, 40 to 45 years old. He was last seen wearing a sweater vest and hat.
