A lengthy delay near a major highway intersection early this morning, after a man threatened to kill himself.Moberly Police had to talk down the 30-year-old at about 1:45 this morning, who was sitting on the Highway 24 overpass above Highway 63. After talking with him for about 90 minutes, the man agreed to leave the overpass and go to the hospital. Police haven’t announced the name of the man yet. He’ll be under observation for at least four days.
