Dynamite Deb’s Key Lime Cheesecake

Yes!  It’s tremendously delicious.  Yes, it’s not exactly healthy.  And yes, it’s a bit of hard work.  But…

    Started on the cheesecake yesterday & finished it up today….it is great. My zester didn’t work very well, but I had a vegetable grater that worked good for the peel. I’m going to make another this week for a 50th birthday party for a co-worker. I think to save time I’m going to make the curd the same night & put it in the frige & spread it on the cake the next morning. Thanks for posting the recipe. It’s a keeper.
