Two people die, and two others are seriously hurt, in an accident on Interstate 70 west of Columbia. 31-year-old Randall Wells of Columbia was driving westbound on I-70 in Saline County at about 3:15 yesterday afternoon when he went off the right side of the road, over-corrected, and crashed through the median cables. The car then hit a semi heading the other direction.
26-year-old Terron Davis, and 25-year-old André Edwards, both of Columbia, were ejected from Wells’ Buick, and died. Wells and another passenger sustained serious injuries. The truck driver was apparently not hurt.
