50 year old Steve Moore was arrested Sunday night when his westbound SUV failed to make a curve on Highway 94, ran off the road and hit a ditch. Moore was treated at the scene along with 23 year old Chester Patterson of Fulton. Two other passengers were treated and released from the University Hospital…..21 year old Laura Hornecker of Fulton and 24 year old Vanessa Webb of Fenton. Moore is Fulton’s 4th Ward Councilman. His term expires in April.
