A Fulton woman is held on more than a million dollars bond in the Callaway County Jail after a kidnapping Friday night. Fulton Police say Pamela Lynn Carter kidnapped Fulton resident Sara Spencer in front of the Fulton Wal-Mart Friday night. Spencer was found early Saturday morning in a ditch near the intersection of Highway 54 and County Road 210. Police say she had been beaten and was bleeding. Spencer was taken to University Hospital. Fulton police later served a search warrant at Carter’s home.
Carter is charged with kidnapping, assault, robbery and drug possession.
