A boy goes missing from one Jefferson City school, and is found at another. The fourth-grader started out Monday at Moreau Heights Elementary, and got confused when his teacher told him to head to another classroom. He ended up boarding a bus to Southwest Early Childhood Center, where spokesman David Luther says officials found the child about an hour later. Luther says Jefferson City Police pinged the boy’s cell phone to track down his new location. He also says it was the first day of a gifted program at the childhood center, so it wasn’t unusual when the child didn’t show up on the rolls there.
