Hickman’s Friday night district opening football game won’t be held Friday night. It won’t even be played on its opponent’s home field. Because of wet ball fields, Columbia School officials confirm that the Hickman-Fort Zumwalt West game Friday night is moved to Saturday at 1 at Fort Zumwalt East because “East” has a turf field. Hickman’s athletic director and the A.D. at Fort Zumwalt West have finalized plans to move tomorrow night’s game to Saturday.
