The operator of a Jefferson City Daycare being investigated by the state has a court appearance on Monday.
Dorothy Carel is to appear in connection with a negligence case involving an injury to a child at her daycare last year.
The Division of Family Service is currently investigating Carel after another child suffered head injuries earlier this year. She is accused of having too many children at the unlicensed daycare.
Accusations against Carel have gone viral on Facebook.
