A Linn State Tech student is charged with having sex with a 15-year-old girl.
21-year-old Tyler James DeYoung was arrested last week on campus. Investigators claim DeYoung had a sexual relationship with the underage girl. He faces charges of statutory rape and statutory sodomy.
