A student dies in a Linn fire and two people now face charges of murder and arson because of a meth lab in a neighboring apartment. The body of 20 year old Dan Mittenburg was found inside an apartment at “Judy’s Café” on the square in Linn late Wednesday night.  Mittenburg, a Linn State Tech student, lived in an apartment above the restaurant.  The building was destroyed by fire.  Osage County authorities now charge 34 – year old Jonathon Tharp and 34 – year old Lisa Willer with murder and arson.  Prosecutors say the two were cooking meth in an adjacent apartment and started the fire.  Firefighters fought the blaze from late Wednesday night until early Thursday morning.
