Good jobs numbers for the Show-Me State. The Department of Economic Development reports today a Missouri unemployment rate of 6.9% in September, the lowest it’s been since December 2008. The DED also reports a 2,500-job gain for last month. Missouri’s unemployment rate is nearly a full point below the national average of 7.8%.
