It’s time for the Missouri State Fair. Governor Nixon will be on hand this morning at 9:30 to buy the first ticket. He’ll then greet fairgoers at the grounds main gate starting at 10. The fair runs through the 19th and features craft and agriculture displays, big name entertainment…and with this being an election year…plenty of politics. The governor will host his annual ham breakfast on Thursday, August 16th. It’s the traditional spot for candidates for all kinds of offices to see and be seen.
