Missouri is going to get a big share of a settlement against a drug company. Attorney general Chris Koster says the state will get $4.3 million of a settlement by the makers of the anti-psychotic drug Risperdal. 37 states joined in taking action against Janssen Pharmaceuticals. The company admitted to marketing the drug for purposes that hadn’t been okayed by the FDA. The company also admits to withholding negative results of studies performed with the drug.
