A report by the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence gives Missouri 4 points out of 100 for our gun and concealed weapons laws. Those points were earned because Missouri doesn’t require businesses or colleges to allow people to carry concealed weapons. Nationwide, Utah scored the lowest. The best gun violence prevention laws went to California with a score of 79. Among Missouri’s neighbors, Arkansas, Kentucky and Oklahoma all scored lower.
