Mizzou Tiger football player Maty Mauk is under arrest after apparently leaving the scene of an accident. It started just after midnight Thursday, when, university police say, Mauk apparently was riding a scooter with others and failed to obey a stop sign. Officers tried to stop the scooter, but it failed to do so. Later officers found the scooter, it had apparently been involved in an accident. Mauk was made aware of the situation and turned himself in around 11:15 Thursday morning. Capt. Brian Weimer says Mauk faces several charges. He did post bond and is out of jail.
