Authorities say also say a 6^th man is arrested in a child sex abuse case in western Missouri—with ties to mid-Missouri because one suspect is a Columbia man.  The Highway Patrol says the latest suspect arrested is 55-year-old Larry Kidd of Kansas City who is not related to the other five defendants.  He’s described as an “associate” of the others, who include a 77-year-old man and his four adult sons. The Patrol says the man was arrested without incident in Jackson County on suspicion of raping a child less than 14 years old.  He’s being held with the other defendants at the Lafayette County Jail.  No information is released on the additional victims. The Columbia man in custody with his father and 3 brothers is 48 year old Jared Mohler
