A Mid-Missouri health leader is retiring, and his replacement has already been picked.
University of Missouri Health Care Chief Executive Officer Jim Ross will retire at the end of the year. The system’s Chief Operating Officer, Mitch Wasden, will take Ross’ place in 2013 – while keeping his current position. Wasden came to MU Health Care back in June. He was previously the CEO of a medical center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
