The Highway Patrol has arrested a man accused of several rapes.
Travis Smith, 42, of California, Mo., is in custody on six felony counts of rape against multiple victims. Patrolmen made the arrest Monday, after what they called a “lengthy investigation.”
Smith is now with the Moniteau County Sheriff’s Department.
