For the second time this week, a private car takes a Columbia shooting victim to the hospital.

Stroer says Joint Communications never got a call of shots fired from the Ash Street area, and the car’s driver didn’t call the hospital in advance. There’s no suspect information yet, and the investigation is ongoing.
