It sure isn’t a factory option… Boone County deputies catch two men riding with a rolling meth lab.
Deputies first followed up on a report of suspicious activity at a Columbia hardware store. They followed the vehicle involved to several stops in the city limits, and pulled it over at the Crossroads Shopping Center. After searching the car, deputies found a complete and active meth lab. They called specialists to make the scene safe and collect evidence.
Both 29-year-old Jonathan Wadlow of Hallsville and 26-year-old Joseph Turner of Sturgeon now face a charge of manufacturing a controlled substance. Turner also has an outstanding felony drug warrant, while Wadlow was booked for driving on a suspended license.
