Running For Robert

Thanks to everyone who came out in support of Wake Up Columbia’s Running For Robert.  Presented by Cellular Today and Missouri Credit Union.

Tom Bradley clocked many miles on a treadmill at Key Largo Fitness West.  Staff Sergeant Robert Canine joined Tom in raising funds for www.HomesForOurTroops.org .  Special thanks to Culligan of Mid-Missouri and Abbott O&P. The total amount raised will be tallied in the coming days and we’ll be sure to let you know.

In the meantime, make sure you take the time to read “A Soldier’s Story”.  You’ll learn about Robert’s injuries in Iraq, his road to recovery and the new home he’ll be enjoying from Homes For Our Troops.

    Tom, I was listening this morning–1–21–2010 and heard the news:Claire McCaskill saying we are better off than we were a year ago. What Planet is she living on? Just look at Drudge today: More Jobs lost! And all she can talk about is health care. How many people are really struggling financially?

    Would it be possible for me to create a team of cyclists to participate – my husband and I would like to participate, and we could probably get several more friends to join.
