An update to a story we brought you yesterday, we have learned a 16-year-old boy was taken into custody for shooting a 40-year-old man. It was early Monday, when the Camden county sheriff’s responded to a shooting call off possum hollow road around 1am, they found the 16-year-old behind a home on a deck in Camdenton. He told authorities he chased a suspect into the woods. The deputies’ investigation pointed to the boy as the shooter. They took him into custody and turned him over to Camden juvenile authorities. The victim is currently in stable condition in a Springfield, Missouri hospital
