The World Champion St. Louis Cardinals have a new radio home in Mid Missouri. Its Hot Talk and Breaking News, 93.9 the Eagle!
The regular season is now underway for the Redbirds.
Major League Baseball rules prohibit The Eagle from streaming the audio on-line from the baseball broadcasts. Instead, the Eagle will feature its regular scheduled programming while the Cardinals game is in progress. Once the game is over, regular programming will return to the Eagle 93.9
Its the best of both worlds. St. Louis Cardinals baseball and Hot Talk and Breaking News, 93.9 the Eagle.
I am REALLY disappointed to not be able to hear regular programming on the radio during baseball season. Its a BIG let down to turn on the radio during the day and, for HOURS, to only hear baseball coverage! At a critical time when we NEED stations like “The Eagle” to give us good news coverage and commentary this is a tragic loss on the airwaves. I doubt if very many listeners will listen to the live stream from the website- (I won’t)… BIG loss…
