Three Columbia schools will dismiss early on Wednesday. Both Jefferson and West Junior High Schools will release their students at 11:30am. CPS also says Smithton Middle School will release their students at 11:45am Wednesday due to a broken air conditioning unit. The school district says they are working on that unit.
